Warranty does not cover failures caused by:

-Faulty vehicle wiring

-Voltage issues

-Short circuits

-Water intrusion after installation

-Vehicle system compatibility issues

8. Warranty Claim Process

Customers must notify Ace AutoHub within the approved warranty period.

To process a claim, customers may be required to provide:

-Proof of purchase

-Clear photos/videos of the issue

-Vehicle information

-Installation details

-Technician or workshop confirmation (if required)

-All returned parts must be inspected by Ace AutoHub before any warranty decision is made.

9. Warranty Resolution

If a warranty claim is approved, Ace AutoHub may provide:

-Replacement of the same or equivalent part (subject to availability), or Store credit, or Other suitable resolution at Ace AutoHub’s discretion

-Refunds are not automatically guaranteed and will be reviewed based on each individual case.

10. Warranty Transfer

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to another person or vehicle unless approved by Ace AutoHub.

11. Final Decision

Ace AutoHub reserves the right to determine the validity of all warranty claims after inspection and evaluation. Our goal is to provide fair solutions while protecting the quality and integrity of our products and services.
