1. General

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order with Ace Autohub, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all transactions, communications, and interactions with Ace Autohub.

2. Product Nature & Condition

All products sold by Ace Autohub are genuine used automotive parts unless otherwise stated.

Due to the nature of pre-owned components:

* Minor cosmetic imperfections, wear, or signs of previous use may be present

* Product images are for reference purposes only and may not represent the exact item

* Customers acknowledge and accept the condition of used parts prior to purchase

All parts are inspected to meet our internal quality standards before being made available.

3. Fitment Verification (Customer Responsibility)

Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility of parts with their vehicle.

Ace Autohub provides fitment verification assistance upon request.

However:

* Verification must be completed before purchase

* Failure to verify fitment may result in incorrect orders

Ace Autohub shall not be held liable for incompatibility issues where verification was not completed prior to purchase.

4. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Ace Autohub reserves the right to:

* Refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion

* Cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock inaccuracies, or technical issues

* Request additional information for verification purposes before processing orders

Orders are only confirmed upon successful payment.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in [RM / applicable currency] and are subject to change without prior notice.

Full payment must be received before any order is processed, packed, or shipped.

6. Product Availability

All items are subject to availability at the time of order.

In the event a purchased item is unavailable:

* Ace Autohub reserves the right to cancel the order

* A suitable alternative, store credit, or refund may be offered at our discretion

7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of used automotive parts, all sales are final.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

* The item received is incorrect, or

* The item is significantly not as described

Claims must be made within a reasonable time from the date of delivery, supported with clear evidence (photos/videos).

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Ace Autohub provides a limited warranty on selected items, subject to separate warranty terms.

Warranty will be void under the following conditions:

* No prior fitment verification

* Improper installation or handling

* Modification or misuse of parts

* External factors (e.g. electrical faults, accidents, water damage)

Labour, installation costs, and additional expenses are not covered under any circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ace Autohub shall not be liable for:

* Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

* Loss of income, business, or use

* Damage arising from improper installation or usage

Our liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.

10. Installation & Usage

All parts must be installed by qualified professionals.

Ace Autohub shall not be responsible for any damage, malfunction, or safety issues arising from:

* Incorrect installation

* Use of incompatible parts

* Failure to follow proper procedures

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Ace Autohub and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without permission.

12. Changes to Terms

Ace Autohub reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

14. Final Decision

In the event of any dispute, Ace Autohub reserves the right of final decision.
