  • Delays or loss caused by shipping companies

  • Improper handling after delivery

8. Delivery Inspection Requirement

Customers are required to inspect all items immediately upon delivery.

If any issue is found:

  • Visible damage must be reported on the spot to the delivery personnel

  • Photos/videos must be taken immediately

  • Ace AutoHub must be notified within [24 hours]

Failure to report within the stated timeframe may result in rejection of claims.

9. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Ace AutoHub is not responsible for:

  • Failed delivery due to incorrect address

  • Additional charges caused by re-delivery

  • Delays resulting from incomplete information

10. International Shipping
