Due to the nature of pre-owned automotive components, all returns and exchange requests are subject to the terms and conditions stated below.

By purchasing from Ace AutoHub, customers acknowledge and agree to this Return Policy.

2. Nature of Used Automotive Parts

All parts supplied by Ace AutoHub are genuine used automotive components unless otherwise stated.

As used parts:

* Minor cosmetic marks, scratches, or signs of previous use may exist

* Condition may vary depending on age and vehicle usage

* Product images are provided for reference purposes

Customers are encouraged to review product details and complete fitment verification before purchase.

3. Fitment Verification Requirement

To minimize incorrect purchases, customers are strongly advised to verify vehicle compatibility with our team before placing an order.

Ace AutoHub will assist with fitment checking based on the information provided by the customer.

However, customers remain responsible for providing accurate vehicle details, including:

* Vehicle make and model

* Year of manufacture

* Engine specification

* Part number (if available)

* Required photos or references

Ace AutoHub shall not be responsible for returns caused by incorrect information provided by customers or failure to verify fitment before purchase.

4. Eligible Returns

A return request may be considered only under the following circumstances:

* Incorrect item received due to our error

* Item received is significantly different from the description provided

* Approved warranty-related issues (subject to Warranty Policy)

All return requests must be submitted within [X days] after receiving the item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

6. Return Inspection Process

Customers are required to provide:

* Proof of purchase

* Vehicle details

* Installation information (if applicable)

Ace AutoHub reserves the right to determine whether a return request qualifies under this policy.

7. Return Shipping Responsibility

If the return is approved due to an error caused by Ace AutoHub, reasonable return arrangements may be provided.

For all other situations, including incorrect ordering, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Ace AutoHub is not responsible for loss or damage during return transportation caused by improper packaging.

8. Refunds & Replacement

If a return request is approved, Ace AutoHub may provide:

* Replacement with the same or equivalent part (subject to availability), or

* Store credit, or

* Refund under approved circumstances

The final resolution will be determined by Ace AutoHub after inspection.

Refunds do not include:

* Installation fees

* Labour costs

* Additional repair costs

* Transportation expenses

9. Warranty Relationship

This Return Policy should be read together with our Warranty Policy.

Warranty coverage applies only to eligible parts and does not replace the customer’s responsibility to verify fitment and ensure proper installation.

10. Final Decision

Ace AutoHub reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all return requests, warranty claims, and dispute resolutions.

Our priority is to provide fair solutions while maintaining the quality and integrity of our service.
